Kendo crew

Younger lad has been trying this out for a few weeks. He's in the middle of this ominous-looking crowd, out of sight behind their armoured get-ups.

Lots of noise and stylised whacking, but I am reassured that there is a lot if skill and finesse once you progress.

But it's on a Friday at 6.30!!!!
