Youth Climate Strike

Portland young people concerned about the climate crisis marched across the Willamette River and gathered together in a large grassy field to listen to speakers, music and one another. (see extras)There were booths offering information about Land Use, Bicycle Paths, Forest Protection, etc. Among the young people were supportive teachers and parents. It was joy to be among them.
