Happy Hour

My bff and I have always loved birthday and any other celebrations  at this neighborhood restaurant…..before covid came.   Well they are back but not yet for lunch ( mostly staffing problems) so we decided to celebrate today with happy hour at 4:00.   First in, we got the one booth in the bar and had a lovely time solving the issues of our lives and some of the world for the next 2 1/2 hours..   With some appys  and drinks ( they make an excellent martini :-) ) .. By now it was totally full of people…still makes me nervous. ( extra)    Not sure what our husbands did for dinner.  but they are really good sports….

A very fun day…. Also a good walk, shop at our neighborhood deli because I can’t face a real grocery store, and a haircut sneaked in before my hair cutter goes to France to see her mother.
