Dawn

Each season has its own quality of light and sun angle. Autumn and winter are when I can take dawn silhouettes from this part of my garden.

The pseudopanax crassifolius (lancewood), is still in its juvenile form. They're gaining height and the one on the right looks to be a different variety.

One day I'll check photos from the past 3 years and see just what the rate of growth has been. Our wet summer has definitely made a difference to all tree and shrubs around here.
