Maftoul with chicken, garbanzo beans, butternut squash, carrots, and onions. Wine: Jean Foillard Morgon Côte du Py 2017. Maftoul is a Palestinian wheat pasta similar to couscous. This was very good, and the Beaujolais paired well.
