Pre - wedding gathering

It was probably a foolish idea, but we held a night before the wedding gathering today. The idea was to welcome the people that had travelled a long way and are staying at the campsite next to the venue, but in the end we had almost half the entire wedding party come round. We did a simple meal of Chili with wraps and accompanying bits and made sure people left by 9pm so that they are not too jaded in the morning. A lot of work but it went very well and was appreciated by the people that came.
