Variety
A varied day here. Rain overnight and millions more leaves down so Dr D got cracking on the leaf blower and I spent an hour or so on the mower making a start on the heaviest leaf-carpeted areas before I was rained off. The sun came out and DrD finished off the "vacuuming" with the lawn mower then spent most of the remainder of the day helping our young neighbour fit hasp and staple closures to his shed so he could padlock the front doors rather than access it via a single door in the rear.
I retreated to the kitchen and made this batch of Anzac biscuits then retreated even further, downstairs to the stitching cave where I started backstitching outlining detail to the tapestry and later making a patchwork hexagon shape with the half inch hexagons...6 hexagons per edge.
