It’s a Victoria Sandwich sort of day

Have achieved pretty much nothing today. I have mostly been sitting reading. However, I decided I fancied a slice of Victoria sandwich with my afternoon cup of tea, so set to and made two. One for tea and one for the freezer. My neighbour popped in for a chat and was rewarded with a slice of strawberry jam and fresh cream filled cake!!!
