World Whisky Day
I like these 'special days', they offer a good opportunity to indulge :-)
This is a special whisky I have been saving for an 'occasion' and I have declared today to be such.
The 'official' information is:
Kilchoman Sanaig. Named after an inlet on Islay’s rugged Atlantic coast, Sanaig is a vatting of both sherry and bourbon casks. The high proportion of Oloroso sherry influence adding a balance of dried fruits and spices to classic Kilchoman citrus sweetness and peat smoke character.
That's as maybe - I just know it's a d****d fine dram :-) Slàinte Mhath!
