Playing or praying?

There is a small soft play area in Burger King at Queensferry so I took the 2 youngest there today. It was such a nice time. They played happily and I read for over an hour.

I'm reading John's Gospel at the moment, over and over again in a few different translations. It is a such a wonderful read.

We thought we would mess things up a bit tonight and take our Friday evening worship time outdoors. It was a last minute decision so not a lot of planning happened. Warm jackets and a guitar was about as much as we planned.

The Forth Road Bridge it was! We did a few songs and declared some truths over the beautiful land of Scotland.

It's funny, that is actually the first time I have ever walked on the Forth Road Bridge.
