Swollen, right on schedule

I’m very swollen today, but it is to be expected, peaking on the 7th day. My biggest problem today and it was hellish was constipation. I finally had relief late in the afternoon and a two hour nap. I hope the upswing continues tomorrow . I’m still moving around easily, even with the swelling.

This day came in cloudy and hot, but all our ACs are humming.
