Saharan sunset

I read in the paper that we were likely to have "blood" rain. Horrified by this l read further and the answer was the rain was likely to be red as it would be carrying a lot of red sand from North Africa. This happens every year coating windows and cars with a thin layer of pinkish coloured dust. Anyhow the rain we had was not red but the sunset was.

The Northern hemisphere went to bed last night knowing that Australia now has a new prime minister, l hope Mr Albanese will be more eco friendly than the last PM.
