Team Effort

My son W came up today from Seattle for a dentist appointment and a night with us, so we celebrated with supper at La Fiamma Pizza, followed by their incredible ginger ice cream sandwich, shared by the three of us -- two giant ginger cookies, three scoops of vanilla ice cream, and a generous topping of their own warm caramel sauce.

We tried valiantly, but couldn't finish it. Sometimes it's better not to clean your plate.
