Grenouille

A slow day. the energy levels are very low not helped by tendonitis in my right shoulder, self inflicted.

Did the laundry and later turned my mattress, quite a tricky job single handed.  The weather was better than forecast and it didn't rain.  

I was in the garden most of the afternoon, weeding and hauling out lungwort which spreads and spreads.  Also untangled and retrained clematis. It was a stop start kind of day.

Later I ate the rest of the beef rendang and managed to almost submerge the rice cooker.  Hope it's ok.

Watched a really interesting programme about art in Barcelona and then an early night.
