May, what is this weather?! It’s usually the nicest month of the year but has been a total wash out so far. Hoping for sunnier days in the next few months for beach days, sea swimming and paddle boarding. This morning Cannon took S with him to get fuel and a coffee so that I could go get a bit of work done. This afternoon we’ve been staking the sunflowers and planting tomatoes in the grow bags. Blip is of S and Jess having fun in the muddy puddles. This evening I’m grateful to my past self for freezing portions of chilli, having stewed rhubarb in the fridge from earlier on the week and a frozen portion of crumble mix. So dinner was pretty easy, especially with a packet of microwave rice.
