Day of rest

Up with the lark (my friendly neighbourhood blackbird), and a nifty 100k recovery spin before accompanying auntie to church at 10:30.
Back to prepare and gobble up a lamb roast before a trip to Appledore for auntie to get a nice flat walk along the quay.
Swans at Braunton marsh, yarn bombing, cheeky hill and saxophone busker care of Appledore quay.
