Post chainsaw massacre

Spotted in the very pretty village of Bishops Waltham in Hampshire a garden equipment store where once you could buy a chainsaw, but now advertises circus events. 

On the Opposite side of the road is a 12th century Bishops Palace now in ruins and as they are rather attractive ruins I didn't think it qualified for dereliction label.
