Fountain statue

I went on a coach trip to Waddesdon Manor, taking only my compact camera as I wanted to travel light (like Cliff Richard if you are old enough to remember that!). The sunshine was so bright that I couldn't see the settings on my live-view screen so had to stick with auto most of the day. I was impressed by the statuary everywhere that is a feature of the manor, not least those in the fountain, which was empty for some reason, one of which is shown here. A great day out but not the best of days for photography.
