Millie

This is Millie the mad cocker who stood still long enough for me to get this portrait of her this morning. She is 8 years old and in dire need of a trim. This dog is enormously loyal and my excuse for getting up at stupid o clock in the morning to go out with the camera. I had a bad time over Christmas and at the begining of the year health wise and she never left my side. When I was on the road to recovery I fell in the street and she literally stood over me as protection.

Picture wise I had a good morning this morning. More morning light shots of the Moray Firth, an ice house with a turf roof, a yellowhammer singing and some American Skunk cabbage coming into bloom but it's Millie's turn today.
