Oh dear .,,

Well what an awful night, I was very very sick, had to camp out on the bathroom floor, lasted from midnight to 5am. Must be gastric flu, I’m aching everywhere, and Mr S who ate all the same things is absolutely fine.
In the morning I slept, 2 meetings online in the afternoon then back to sleep. Starting to improve but still rough. At least there was a beautiful clear view of the mountains from home as the sun set.
