Crayfish …

….. ….. for dinner. What a treat!
I went to my daughter’s for dinner and was presented with crayfish, tray baked pumpkin, kumara & potatoes, plus salad.

We had a very crisp start to the day, possibly the hardest frost we’ve had yet. It’s about time too. I can remember ice skating mid April on a local pond. The frosts so far wouldn’t even give a skim of ice. Missy loves having fun out in the snow but she’s happy staying in bed these colder mornings. She ventured out after the sun got up today. What a trick.
