MYNAWYD Y BUGAIL - BIL CRAEN!!??

A great Qigong session this morning and very much needed as I had to miss both sessions last week!!!

Then a morning doing some photography and a bit more Welsh.  I've never really forgotten how to count but I had forgotten the days of the week and the months or some reason.   Now I have to remember them!!!??
