Dog rose

Nice to see these are once again starting to appear in the hedgerows. Found on a short walk along Moss Lane and then cutting across a field to Middlefield Lane.

Weather deteriorated here this afternoon and we had a short sharp shower at around 5 p.m. for twenty minutes which caught us unawares and we were too late to get the washing in!

Dentist for Jayne this morning but all okay so all that worry for nothing. Afterwards up to the Maybird Centre for a few items and of course bumped into several people including one of our nieces who was with one of her grandsons. 

Before heading home we filled my car up at Tesco's garage along the Birmingham Road and all I can say is ouch, so expensive these days.
