Cooking

It's been raining all day which is a bit of a change, it's been very dry so far this year. I had plenty to do so not going outside wasn't a problem. As a break from the screens and keyboard, I made some hummus and flatbread. I also had some mini chorizo to cook so it was a Mediterranean-style meal.
