23 May 2022 - Geriatric Boy

I gave in and made a Physio appointment today - Wednesday afternoon.  Hoping I can survive that long.  Ibuprofen and Paracetamol have been my best friends today but to be honest, they've not been very supportive friends!!!  

I keep calling Aonghus Geriatric Boy but I feel a bit like that today myself!  I wasn't quick enough with the camera and shutter speed a bit slow so they're a bit blurred...
