Garden Flowers in a Mermaid’s Purse

When your lovely gift arrived last week I’d imagined it with a jar of colourful flowers and here it is :-))
Spent most of the day outdoors re-potting tomatoes, spinach, lettuce, leeks, rocket and a few flowers - washing was outdoors, there were a few light showers but warm, dry and cloudy.
Sat in the garden until late afternoon, guarding the birds because "the cat" was being a real nuisance this morning and almost caught a blackbird and a sparrow !!!
Chesea Flower Show on BBC this evening ...
