First Fruits

The allotment has been coming along well, and despite being away during the week I have been able to keep on top of things.

Today, I celebrated harvesting the first fruits (OK, veg), when I picked some baby spinach leaves and beet leaves to go into my sandwiches for the journey north tomorrow.
