Eleven Green/Brown Bottles

Not quite what it seems  :-)
Morrisons wines (the cheaper stuff) is very well priced but their home deliveries of bottles leaves much to be desired.  They seem to want to stuff lots of bottles into their plastic bags and it's not a good idea. So we decided to try Click and Collect - however when we arrived at the store (and within our allocated time slot) the necessary text message had not been received.  This necessitated a rather lengthy visit to the in-store Customer 'Service' Desk :-(   Eventually all was resolved. At least we are well supplied to enjoy a glass (or two) to lessen the effects of the experience .... :-) :-)
