Today was spend being a casualty for a first aid course. I had the sort of conversation that makes people look at you really strangely when they overhear it.

Me - You've got blood in you ear and beard
M - Dam I thought I'd got all the visible bits off.
Me - I thought you had a cut to the leg today.
M - Yep, but one guy turned me into recovery into a pool of blood so the side of my head was covered in blood.
