May Day

Public demonstration in Magdeburg on International Labour Day.

More than 200 people partipated. The demonstration started from city center, passed through Hasselbachplatz and finally ended at main Railway Station. At railway station, I spent a couple of hours with new punk friends.


Highlights from the protest:

-- Demonstration passing near to Hundretwasserhaus
-- Che Guevara leading all the way
-- Slogans against Govt policies towards workers, Nazis, Capitalism and etc.
-- I am unhappy with the whole situation

-- An old lady took her clothes off in the protest and was wrapped by the police woman
-- A Punk girl from the protest with a message on her T-Shirt
