Happy place

I'd been listening to an episode of Happy Place with Amanda de Cadenet. I remember seeing her on TV when I was younger but hadn't heard the name for some time.  I'd forgotten that she was, for a while, married to John Taylor who was a pin up for several friends during the 1980's

She says that she fled the UK after being hounded by the tabloid press.

Being by the river is definitely one of my happy places and I am glad I made the effort to get out for a run.

I have blipped this boat before.

I went into the office today and during a brief walk across our reception area I managed to deal with 3 customers. Must remember to choose a different route tomorrow.
