Shadows on the Outside. Shadows on the Inside

Looking at the window of my studio where I spend most of my time . Another get out of gaol blip I'm afraid; so my apologies. Just can't seem to find a spare moment lately. I took another of the same window which I proffered to the voices inside my head. They voted against me, which is not surprising; I have found them to be utterly untrustworthy and I never listen to anything I have to say.

Music night tonight in the studio doing some recording and mixing for a new album I started late last year but have let sit for sometime. Its working title was Shadows on a Window. Which I was always a little iffy about and so have crossed it out in my Moleskinne. Being unsure how to continue after my original plans for a short intro track developed into a myopic 45 minute dirge in which I was the one being buried under a heavy load of self doubt I evolved into a blob of inactivity. Don't know how such things happen, but strangely enough the blip sitting above and the other equally feeble charade has been the catalyst to jump start the project again. All be it into a new direction. I now have a clear idea of where this heading. At least until the morning.

If you are interested here is a track from my 3rd album Idiosyncrastic Distractions - A Feign in Five Fits, the piece is titled Fit of the Fourth
