Quite a day

Today was interview day, I was nervous but it went as well as I would of liked. It was a role within my current time so a promotion. I do really like my job but this was a great opportunity to miss.
I was interviewed by my two section managers who ive have worked with for 8 years I'm good friends with both of them, it was very weird.
There were only 3 people being interviewed and I was last. Unfortunately I didnt get the role but ive had some great feedback and will be starting a development program with my section manger to get me where I need to be.

Got home from work and the sun was shining so a nice play in the garden was called for. Uncle Reece came to use the gym but the kids love him and he can never resist playing with them so Erin roped him into pushing her on the swing, for ages!!!!
