Raindrops

I thought the raindrops looked beautiful on the grasses this morning. We had heavy rain in the night and when I walked the dogs this morning my jeans were soaked through from the wet cow parsley and grass. At work I saw a bedraggled looking hare who probably had the same problem!
This evening I was aiming to go down to the lake with the dogs. We went through Jean’s field and Meadow and then Middle ground and then in Fox holes there was Leo the red bull with a harem of cows. Hmmm I thought, maybe not today so we turned around and headed home again.
