Just about holding it together in the days left before what would have been Joe's 14th Birthday. 

Pain still fucking excruciating if I'm honest. 

My advice to myself and others in similar situations is to get the natural highs where and when you can. Ask for support, take support when it's offered  and go with the feelings. It's vital to recognise what's going on.

Oh, and cry or laugh. Whenever you need too.
