Woke at 5 and thought I’d have another half hour’s sleep but didn’t wake again til 7am…had to scramble to be up and out!
Morning in the office with a couple of online meetings and some general email shovelling, but didn’t feel very productive, then our monthly management meeting with a slightly different set of attendees. Home and made moussaka for the first time in possibly years…very tasty it was too. Griddled the asparagus we’d bought at Leith market to go with it and stewed up the rhubarb which A decided to turn into a crumble for dessert (she starts her 5:2 fasting regime tomorrow and I think is keen to savour today’s food!).
Paisley had had her first session with an animal behaviourist today and N was obviously very impressed and told us all about it…very hopeful it might (eventually!) make it easier to walk her where she’ll encounter other dogs.
