Celebration Apple Pie

The rolling pin in the picture was my wedding gift from DJ 37 years ago, a joke referring to the Dutch Punch and Judy, where Judy will wait at the door with the rolling pin if/when Punch misbehaves. As you can see it has survived and is in working order, has been used today for the flattening of the dough. In the extra the way we looked 37 years ago at the wedding registration :-)
