Arrived

Left home very early this morning with all my work gear, picked up in Oban by Coastal Connections a local boat taxi company, whizzed to Lochaline and picked up my 2 contractors before heading up the coast to a very remote stalkers cottage where we were staying for a couple of days.  The facilities are what is known as "the loo with the view."..see extra, No running water or electricity and not very clean but a dry bed with a mattress amongst the rubble of the disintegrating walls
If you are wondering how far in miles then it's 8 difficult miles across the hill, no path.
A busy work day up the hill behind the cottage where we were removing rhododendrons. Rough wet and dirty work where 2 of us ended up in the burn waist deep at one point. 
A cosy night in front of the log stove and we were all tired so an early night
