Show me the way… show me the light

Twas the AGM of the Allotment society tonight; I decided to excuse myself. I cannot be doing with committees and self- righteous importance. And I always volunteer.

Safer for me not to be there and then I can’t get involved.

So while himself went along and had a pint and a half to soften the blow I baked.

Is our Board meeting tomorrow so I’ve been creating for them. Lemon Drizzle, Rhubarb and Custard sponge and honeycomb for the big boss.

Not sure how the honeycomb is going to be because I used actual honey! Hmm still soft. Not sure.
