An overcast day with some morning rain. I wasn’t tempted out for a walk after yesterday’s marathon. A bit of tidying in the garden after our building clean on Monday. The chemical they used keeps working for up to a year. They were very good and covered up the plants before applying and they washed the plants before and after applying the substance. We had a red tinge on the capping stones around the garages, a downside of living near the sea but already the red colouring has disappeared. There was no sign of yesterday’s baby swallow which flew off after I photographed it.
