Day out

Mr B was probably hoping I’d forget … yesterday I mentioned we might go to Dorchester. It was cool and grey this morning, so perfect day out weather for me.

Realised it was market day there, read it closed at 1. So we rushed to get the 11:04 train.

Did the market in 5mns. Then popped in a couple of shops (my purse is still intact), and a flat white at Seventh Seal. Later bus to Poundbury to check on progress at Prince Charles’s model village. Amazingly it looks as though it’s been there for centuries.

Cold and damp tonite. What a change a few days make.
