Old River Farm

I stopped in to find out about their mulch.  It's all natural (no dyes) triple-shredded bark, so a better quality and much cheaper than our usual local source.  I met Sam (the owner) and Mr. Wales (the dog) in the driveway.

Still catching up from too much heavy gardening in the evening and too few zzz's.  Back to the doctor-recommended sleep regimen, with which mambo seems familiar.  I'm getting more sleep, but may just have to accept that a full night every night isn't in the cards for me.  I’d be thrilled with one night every now and then. Insomnia affects so many aspects of health.
