Chicane

This was taken in the grounds of the Scottish Police College. They kindly let people walk through the grounds and I haven't been nicked yet for taking photos.

I walk along this curvy road to reach Devilla Forest which is being felled at an alarming rate. I know the pine forest here is a crop, but it's not like a wheat field that will pop up again next year. I'll probably never see it looking so good again in my lifetime - just a thinned out mess full of logging detritus now :-(
