Busy day - 25 mile cycle around country roads of East Lothian before breakfast followed by a quick run into Edinburgh. Gardening in the afternoon.

Late afternoon I played around with my macro lens and shot some burrs - those interesting little devils which get stuck on cloths and the dogs fur.
