Sharpenhoe Clappers

Out and about today.
Delivered piece of wood to customer in Streatley. Delivered two birthday presents. One to Barton, one to Silsoe.
On the way round stopped at Sharpenhoe Clappers and walked across the top a little way. You can see for miles over towards a Ampthill.
It’s a "chalk grassland, woodland and meadows" managed by the National Trust just outside Luton. Originally an Iron Age promontory fort, medieval warren etc. Anyway, it’s lovely.
One extra of all the other shots I took.
