Aliens?

This is what I thought these rows of tents looked like. They have appeared on the recreation ground between the town and beach - blipped at the end of my run this.afternoon. This is apparently a stage in the London to Paris run - in teams of 5 each runner does a half marathon every day for 4 days. They are camping here at the end of day 1 and will get the Newhaven ferry tomorrow morning. My little run seems rather insignificant!!
