Ragged Robin

Bought a couple of these for around my pond. No flowers the first year. The second year, one flower. This year they are popping up all around the pond.
Probably because it has not been decent weather this year so, haven't spent time sitting down the pond and doing any maintenance, so all been left to grow wild.
