Worth the effort.
Talisker Bay. A family favourite. Our older son and daughter-in-law’s dog is named after here. Unseasonably cold on the rocky foreshore. It was almost high tide, the grey sandy beach not visible today. Grey at first, but the clouds passed over the cliffs and waterfall quickly.
Talking of grey…. we listened on the radio to the Prime Minister trying to respond to the Sue Gray Report #partygate. (I read the report later).
We drove to the top of Waternish after a couple of tea breaks at a view points. The Outer Hebrides were clear on the horizon.
