Gathering

Walked from my hotel in Westminster up Whitehall and watched the photographers arriving for the delivery of the Sue Gray report.  There were actually more outside the Cabinet Office but it was a less interesting building.  

Breakfast with our writer N and Billy our script editor who’d arrive early into town from their ‘research trip’ before going into the office to meet two other writers who are writing on the show to go through their episode. 

Went to the theatre again this evening, first time back at the National Theatre for an age. Saw Middle at the Dorman, with David’s agent, the understudy was on and did brilliantly.  The National is SO convenient for Waterloo so was home by 10.30.
