Been busy as a bee

Been out in the garden all afternoon, making the most of the sunshine. Even used some suncream.

I was going to blip what I spent most of the day doing .... shoveling horse manure .... but I will spare you that. It was smelly ... that's all you need to know. I'm using it to prepare one of my raised beds to plant asparagus. I'll save that blip for another day.

I then planted 100 Asiatic lilies (bulbs). Shattered. At the end of the day, I grabbed my camera, but nothing looked suitable, until I heard the bees doing overtime on my Ribes bushes. If only they would stay still for more than a millisecond! This is the best I could grab before heading for a well earned bath.
